An unmatched location

Our 5-story building is located in the center of Sant Pere neighborhood, in Barcelona’s Old Town.

The charm of this part of Barcelona lies in the narrow and intertwined streets, which still retain the medieval structure. This is not the only vestige of the time: the names of a number of streets refer to craft trades from the Middle Ages. The area underwent a steady urban and demographic development until, in the 19th century, it became one of the most important neighborhoods in the city.

The sum of several ancient districts (barrio de Sant Pere, barrio de la Rivera and barrio de Santa Caterina) has given rise to the area called Casc Antic (Old Town), bordering Lluís Companys avenue, Ciutadella park, Via Laietana and such important urban areas as La Barceloneta and Eixample.

Next to our building are renowned places such as Palau de la Música, Arc de Triomf or the Santa Caterina market.

Urquinaona, Jaume I and Arc de Triomf metro stations are at a walking distance.
